The company EQUANS Services a.s., ID No.: 26121603, with its registered office at Lhotecká 793/3, Kamýk, 143 00 Prague 4, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Municipal Court in Prague under the file number B 6192, represented by Jan Karsten, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Ales Jech, Member of the Board of Directors, (hereinafter referred to as "We") as the controller of personal data of you as a user of our website http://www.equans.cz/, customers, distributors, suppliers informs you about the collection of personal data and privacy policy described below.
There are many ways in which you can use our services - you can be our customers, browse our website or contact us to request our services. Sometimes you also send us messages where you rate our services and provide valuable feedback on our work. When you use our services or share information with us, for example by submitting a contact form or contacting our helpline, we use the information we collect about you to improve our services, provide you with relevant answers to your requests and offer you more interesting advertising for our services.
When you use our services, it is important to us that the processing of your information is completely understandable, transparent and that you know all your rights.
In this Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") we explain:

- how we use the information we collect and on what legal basis;
- how long we process the information we collect;
- who has access to the information we collect;
- what your rights are in relation to the information we collect and how to exercise them.
We have tried to describe everything in a way that is as clear and simple as possible, but if you still do not understand some of the terms, such as personal information, IP address or cookie, we suggest that you first consult the glossary of key terms in Appendix A to this Policy.

We collect the following information:
Information you provide to us. This is personal information you give us when you contact us, ask for support or are interested in our services. You usually provide this information to us by completing and submitting a specific form on our website, completing a satisfaction survey, in a contract or order, in a support request or in a newsletter request. This includes your name, surname, signature, email address, telephone number, organisation name, job title or website. If you have asked us for support, we have information about your individual requests. To improve service and customer support, we also use a voice recording of your telephone call, but we always inform you of this in advance and at the start of the call.
Information we receive when you use our services. We collect information about how you use our services, from visiting our website to using our services.
Information about your activity on our website. By visiting our website, your activity on our website is recorded. We use cookie technology to analyse traffic on our website. When you visit our site, we collect information about your behavior on the site, such as the number of pages visited, length of visit, pages visited, repeat visits, etc. We never associate this information with any of your personal information, such as the information you fill in forms on our site or your IP address. Our services are not intended for children under the age of 16. We do not process personal information from children under the age of 16. If you are under 16, please do not use our website without the supervision and consent of your legal guardian.
We use the information we collect to provide you with our services, to maintain, protect and improve them, and to develop or modify our services to reflect your preferences.
We also use the information we collect, including your personal information, to protect ourselves and other users of our services.
When you contact our support, we may keep a record of the communication so that we can help you resolve your issues. We may use your email address to send you information about our services, such as notifications about upcoming changes or improvements.
We use the information collected from cookies to improve the user experience and the overall quality of our services. To do this, we use third party services, specifically Google Analytics. For example, if we save your language settings, we will be able to show you services in the language you prefer. We will not associate an identifier from cookies or similar technologies with your personal information when displaying customized ads.
We use your IP address to identify the city from which you are visiting our website to better understand the behavior of visitors to our website.
We use your data in our internal documentation, where we keep records of whether your data has been deleted, who within our company deleted it and when, so that we are able to demonstrate our compliance with data protection laws and regulations, as well as to fulfil our other obligations under other legislation.
We process your personal data on the basis of the performance of a mutual contract or your request, the fulfilment of our legal obligations or our legitimate interest. We will always inform you and ask for your consent before using your information for a purpose not listed in this privacy policy.
You can refuse the processing of your personal data for the purpose of sending you commercial communications at any time and this will not affect our other mutual relationships. Simply send us an email with your request to gdpr.cz@equans.com
Your personal data will not be used for any automated decision-making, including profiling.
Your personal data is only ever used for as long as is strictly necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected - for example, for the duration of a business partnership, until you have opted out of receiving our marketing communications or until we have dealt with your support requests.
We take care to protect personal data and never sell databases of personal data. We only transfer Personal Data to third parties for the purposes set out above and only to the extent necessary.
In order to improve the quality of our services and to provide certain activities, your Personal Data will be processed by processors who provide server, web, cloud or IT services, external legal services, external auditing services, other processors you can get here.
In view of the changing nature of some service providers, it is not possible to list all of these processors of Personal Data by name. An up-to-date list of specific recipients of Personal Data you can get here.

When we transfer your personal data to third parties, we always do so on the basis of an adequate contract with these parties so that we can monitor how they handle your personal data.
We understand that securing personal data so that it cannot be misused is an important obligation we have to you. Therefore, we strive to effectively use the best possible security measures to prevent the misuse or other unauthorised interference with your personal data. We have taken the following measures to secure your personal data:
- Risk-based principle. At regular intervals, we review the information security risks associated with your personal data. To do this, we have also hired dedicated staff who provide oversight and serve on the board of directors.
- Organizational Security. We place emphasis on securing your personal information against human factors risks, in particular:

- We regularly provide training to employees and other personnel on the rules for working with personal information and information security risks;

Right of access means that you can ask us at any time to confirm whether or not personal data relating to you is being processed and, if it is, you have the right to access that data and information for what purposes, to what extent and to whom it is disclosed, how long we will process it, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object, where we obtained the personal data and whether the processing of your personal data is based solely on automated decision-making, including profiling, if any.
Right to rectification means that you can ask us to correct or complete your personal data at any time if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
Right to erasure means that we must erase your personal data if (i) it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed, (ii) the processing is unlawful, (iii) you object to the processing and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for the processing, or (iv) we are required by law to do so, (v) you withdraw any consent you may have given us to process your personal data.
The right to restrict processing means that until we have resolved any disputed issues about the processing of your personal data, we must restrict the processing of your personal data.
Right to data portability means that you have the right to obtain personal data relating to you that is processed by automated means and on the basis of consent or contract, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and the right to have that personal data transferred directly to another controller.
Right to object means that you can object to the processing of your personal data that we process for the purposes of our legitimate interests, in particular for direct marketing purposes. If you object to processing for direct marketing purposes, your personal data will no longer be processed for these purposes.
