How the selection procedure works

  • once you have selected a suitable position, all you need to do is fill in a short personal questionnaire and attach a structured CV,

  • we will contact you within the next few days and invite you for a personal interview if necessary,

  • please allow approximately 30 - 60 minutes of your time for the interview,

  • during the in-person meeting, you will meet your potential direct supervisor and a human resources professional,

  • during our interview, we will discuss the job in detail, Your experience and verify your technical knowledge and skills,

  • and at the end of the interview we will agree on feedback and a timeframe for both parties to reflect. If necessary, we can also agree on a second round of the selection process,

  • in case of positive feedback, you will receive a concrete offer from us with financial evaluation, start date and details of the next steps.
