Engineering
Equans offers its customers all engineering activities related to the preparatory and implementation phase of the project.
In the preparatory part of the project, engineering focuses mainly on activities related to project documentation and comprehensive services related to representing the builder, or securing all necessary permits and approvals that lead to successful construction authorized by the authorities.

- securing property law negotiations of the construction ( future contracts for easements - easements, future purchase contracts, negotiations for the right of access to the land, contracts for the right to carry out construction, etc.)
Following the issued construction permit, implementation engineering, on behalf of the builder, ensures contractual relations and negotiations with all entities whose rights are or could be affected by the construction and ensures that the conditions for the implementation of the construction specified in the final construction permit are met.

After the completion and handover of the construction, we also arrange all documents and opinions necessary for the subsequent transfer of the construction into use either by means of the approval of the building or the notification of the use of the construction, or we arrange trial operation, early use of the construction or change of the construction before completion.

Geodesy
Engineering surveying is an area of surveying work that places special emphasis on the accuracy of the measurements made. Engineering geodesy is not only necessary in civil engineering and underground construction, it is also used for locating underground lines. Engineering geodesy performs surveying work, deals with the evaluation of the accuracy of geodetic methods and prepares geodetic documents.
Because of the increasing complexity of complex projects, engineering surveying work is often part of construction security. Cooperation on construction is opened by the creation of mapping documents on which the construction is placed, followed by delineation and surveying work. During construction, surveying of utilities is required prior to backfilling. Towards the end, verification measurements or vertical displacements by precise levelling. The whole process is concluded by the preparation of the documentation of the actual construction.
Geodesy for the Cadastre of Real Estateprovides the delineation of land boundaries and the creation of geometric plans for:
