Optical networks
We offer the implementation of optical networks, including the development of project documentation according to customer requirements.
- We provide installation of HDPE pipes and micro-tubes of the required diameters with the installation of a full range of plastic infrastructure
- We perform calibrations of all types of microtubes and pipes including pressure test with delivery of calibration reports
- We perform installation of fiber optic cables and microcables by blowing with PLUMETT - MINIJET device. Depending on the type of cable, profile and topology of the route, even at distances of about 2000 m
- We perform installation of optical couplers, optical ODF cabinets, including measurement of weld quality. We weld multimode and singlemode fibers of all types
- We will deliver OTDR and PM measurement protocols including photo documentation and final reports with route diagrams after completion of installation work

Technical equipment for fiber optic network implementation
Compressor - KAESER , MOBILAIR M125 , SIGMA CONTROL MOBIL
Mobile compressor with power : at fixed pressure setting of 14 bar the flow rate is almost 10m per 3 per minute with the possibility of continuous pressure control at the compressor outlet.
This power is fully sufficient for use in fiber optic cable blowing even for longer sections. The length of the stretch is determined by the topology and laying of the HDPE pipe routes.
Blowing Machine - PLUMETT - MINIJET
The machine is designed for blowing fibre optic cables with a diameter of 4-16 mm, into HDPE pipes with an outer diameter of 7-40 mm.
The maximum cable feed rate under optimal conditions is approx. 100 m/min (recommended between 35 and 60 m/min).
Fibre optic welder - FUJIKURA 70S+
Fibre optic welding equipment of all types, both MM (multimode) and SM (singlemode).
The set includes a very high quality fibre optic breaker FUJIKURA CT50.
Measuring instruments:
Optical Time Domain Reflectometer - KOMSHINE QX70 OTDR
Backscatter meter at wavelengths 1310,1550 and 1625 nm.
Optical POWER METER:
Optical power receiver at wavelengths 850 - 1625 nm.
2x Optical Light Source:
1x optical power source at wavelengths 1310 and 1550 nm for SM fiber.
1x optical power source at 850 and 1300 nm for MM fibers.
Optical POWER METER EXFO PX1-S:
Optical power meter at 850-1625 nm wavelengths
Optical POWER METER KOMSHINE KPM-35+KLS-35:
Optical power meter at 850-1625 nm wavelengths
