Transformer Pribram Brod - 110/22kV
- Reconstruction (reconstruction) of transformer station TR Pribram Brod owned by ČEZ Distribuce a.s.
- Reconstruction carried out during partial operation of the original transformer station
- Realization 2019 to 2022/ ČEZ Distribuce a.s.
- Progressive dismantling of the original HV, MV and LV technological equipment and distribution lines in the transformer station
- Complete earthworks and construction works for the new buildings: R110 substation and 110 kV line portals, 2 110/22 kV transformer sites and chokes, new common plant building with HV 22 kV substation, internal and access roads, water supply, sewerage
- Dismantling of the original 110 kV double supply line and installation of a new 110 kV HV double line incl. Installation of new support points and connection of 4 110 kV lines on the new R110 kV portals
- Essembly of new electrical process equipment: new outdoor R110 substation with 9 fields (4 feeder fields, 2 transformer fields, busbar coupling field and 2 metering fields), new R22 ABB substation with 23 fields, 2 110/22 kV transformers, each with 40MVA capacity, chokes, LV self-consumption incl. VS transformers, control gear and protection 110 kV and 22 kV, optical interconnections - transmission paths, installation of fire barriers and seals.
- Termination of existing 16 HV lines on new terminal poles and their termination with cable leads from the poles to the new R22 substation
- Revision, testing and commissioning of all electrical equipment and distribution
- Conduct of new complete earthing network in the site, outdoor lighting and new external and operational fencing
- Demolition of original structures, disposal of debris, soils and dismantled old equipment incl. hazardous waste
- Performance of surveying and engineering works - ensuring approval, permission to use the building
